SUBMIT PROPOSAL

Thank you for your interest in submitting a sponsorship proposal to Bruce Foods. So that your sponsorship request reaches the appropriate Bruce Foods associate for review, and to ensure we respond to your request in a timely manner, we have created an online proposal and submission system. All sponsorship proposals must be submitted through this website. Our goal is to fairly and equitably review each sponsorship proposal and give it consideration based on the criteria set forth below.

Please carefully read all category options along with their definitions, which are located below. Once you have determined the appropriate category which you believe meets your opportunity, simply choose this category as the Request Type.

Bruce Foods Corp. - Donation Policy

Due to the number of requests we receive for charitable donations and various program participation, our primary Company policy is to donate food to organizations that can best distribute to those in need. We are proud contributors of The Second Harvest Food Bank of New Orleans & Acadiana, The United Way of Acadiana, Arc Of Iberia, FoodNet, Feed The Children and other organizations whose social impact affects thousands of people. It is with this in mind that we kindly ask you to closely scrutinize your own request for donation and / or participation as it may be at the expense of one of these. Please also note that any and all approved donations are picked up only at our Cade, LA distribution center.

All requests are reviewed, but not always replied to.

Brand Sponsorship Proposals - A sponsorship proposal typically includes a rights fee and/or product commitment to an event, property, or venue in exchange for tangible benefits. Typical sponsorship benefits can include Media, Hospitality, Promotional Opportunities, Product Sales, Product Presence, as well as other business building opportunities.

Product Donation Requests - Requests are usually for complimentary Bruce Foods products in support of an organization. With product donation requests, Bruce Foods generally will not receive benefits in return, except for mentions and/or acknowledgement by the recipient organization.

Product Placement - Product provision for the purpose of placement in films, television shows, radio shows, theatrical performances, etc.

Cooking Demonstration/Appearance - Requests for the Cajun Injector cooking van and product demonstrations by our company cooks and chefs at retailer grand openings, special events, and sports venues.
