Mexene® Tamale Loaf
1 lb. ground beef
1 large can tomatoes
2 tsp. Mexene® Chili Powder Seasoning
1 tsp. salt |
1 tbs. Louisiana Hot Sauce
1 onion
1 cup cornmeal |
Mix raw ground beef, tomatoes, Mexene® Chili Powder Seasoning, salt, Louisiana Hot Sauce, and onion. Put one
layer of meat mixture into bottom of pan. Put one layer of cornmeal softened with water and salt to taste. Keep
alternating until mixture is used. Bake in 325° oven for one hour. Serves 4. |
