Bruce's® Sweet Potato Balls
1 1/3 cups Bruce's Sweet Potato Pie Filling™

½ cup corn flakes finely crushed

2 eggs 1

tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon butter or margarine
8 large marshmallows

1/3 cup of brown sugar

1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon milk


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine eggs and pie filling. Mold a spoonful of the pie filling around each marshmallow and roll in corn flake crumbs. Place in a shallow baking dish. Combine brown sugar, milk, butter in sauce pan. Bring to a boil and pour over the balls. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes
