Roasted Garlic and Herb Alfredo

Yield:            4 servings



Ingredients: 

4-4 oz Chicken Breast, Boneless, Skinless
1 pt Heavy Cream
½ c Roasted Garlic and Herb Cajun Injector
3 T unsalted butter
¼ c grated Parmesan cheese
TT Salt
TT Pepper

Method:

Season chicken breast with salt and pepper.  Grill the chicken breast for 6-8 minutes
or until internal temperature is 165 degrees Fahrenheit.  Set aside and let the chicken
breast rest.  Heat a sauté pan on medium heat and add the butter.  Once melted, add
the cream and whisk to incorporate butter and cream.  Add Roasted Garlic and Herb
Cajun Injector and whisk in until totally incorporated.  Simmer for 5 minutes or until the
sauce will coat the back of a spoon.  Add cheese and whisk until it is completely incorporated.  Adjust seasonings if necessary.  Slice the chicken breast and toss in the
alfredo sauce to mix evenly.  Toss with your favorite pasta.
