Louisiana Hot Sauce


Katy's Louisiana Red Dot Meatloaf

1 lb. ground chuck

2 eggs

2 teaspoons "original" Louisiana Hot Sauce

salt and pepper to taste
1 package saltine crackers

1 teaspoon minced onion

1 can mushroom soup


Blend ingredients except for the mushroom soup and form into loaf shape and place into a pan. Bake in a 350 dgrees oven for 40 minutes. After 40 minutes pour mushroom soup on top of meat loaf and bake for an additional 15 minutes. Slice and serve.
