Louisiana Gold® Crispy Herbed-Topped Chicken

8 boned and skinned chicken breast halves

8 oz Swiss cheese, grated

1-10 oz can cream of chicken soup

¼ cup white wine(or milk)
2 cups seasoned bread crumbs

1/3 cup melted butter

3 tablespoons almond slivers

1 tablespoon Louisiana Gold Pepper Sauce


Preheat oven to 350 F. Place chicken breast in ovenproof casserole and sprinkle cheese evenly over all. Mix soup, wine and Louisiana Gold Pepper Sauce. Distribute evenly over chicken, spreading to cover chicken completely. Sprinkle crumbs over chicken, and drizzle melted butter over the top. Scatter almonds over all. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
