Louisiana Gold® Crawfish Stuffed Shells

8 oz crawfish tails, finely chopped

garlic powder to taste

2 oz cream cheese, softened

salt and pepper to taste

1 small can Casa Fiesta Tomatoes and Green Chilis

1 oz chopped black olives

large pasta shells, cooked and deep fried

1 oz green bell peppers, finely chopped

1 oz yellow bell pepper, finely chopped

Louisiana Gold Pepper Sauce to taste



Cook pasta shells as directed on package. Drain on a paper towel and let dry. Deep fry in vegetable oil and drain on a paper towel while preparing crwfish stuffing. Blend all ingredients in a medium bowl until well mixed. Season with garlic, salt, pepper and Louisiana Gold Pepper Sauce to taste. Place enough crawfish mixture in each shell to create a slight mound. Garnish with whole crawfish pieces and/or parsley if desired.
