Carrillo's Fiesta Ranch Chicken Casserole
2 chicken breasts
3/4 cup of Casa Fiesta® Chili Salsa
1 14 1/2-oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1 14 1/2-oz. can cream of chicken soup |
1 4-oz. can Casa Fiesta® Diced Green Chilies
1 12 pkg. corn tortillas
1 8-oz. Mexican blend cheese
Broth from Chicken |
Boil chicken until done. Cool and dice up in cubes. In medium mixing bowl, combine soup, chili salsa, and green
chilies. Blend well. Add chicken and mix together. Dip corn tortillas in chicken broth and layer in a 2-quart casserole
dish overlapping on bottom of dish. Pour a layer of chicken mixture over tortillas. Then layer cheese. Repeat ending
up with cheese on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350° |
