Sweet Potato Bread Pudding

1 loaf French bread
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup cane syrup
1 cup sugar
1 (14 1/4-ounce) can Bruce's Mashed Yams
1 cup crushed pineapple
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
5 egg yolks

Crumble bread or cut into ½-inch slices. In a separate bowl, mix eggs, cream, cane syrup, sugar, pineapple, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir in Bruce's Mashed Yams and crumbled/sliced bread. Bake uncovered at 350° for 40-45 minutes.
