In a medium skillet under low to medium heat brown the ground beef. Drain.
Mix into the meat mixture the tomatoes & green chilies, chili mix and
water.
Slowly add the beans, corn and macaroni. Sprinkle cheese over macaroni
mixture.
Cover and heat until cheese is melted.
Garnish with a dab of sour cream.
*For a cheesier version, prepare a pack of macaroni and cheese and use
instead of the 3 cups cooked macaroni. |
