Mexene's® Quick & Easy Chili Mac
"A Family Pleasing Recipe"

1 Pack Mexene Chili Mix®
1 pound lean ground beef
1 15 oz. can Mexene Chili Beans®
1 10 oz. can Casa Fiesta Tomatoes & Green Chilies®
1/2 cup water
1 cup frozen whole kernel corn
3 cups cooked elbow macaroni
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 ounces)
Garnish with a dab of sour cream


In a medium skillet under low to medium heat brown the ground beef. Drain. Mix into the meat mixture the tomatoes & green chilies, chili mix and water.

Slowly add the beans, corn and macaroni. Sprinkle cheese over macaroni mixture.

Cover and heat until cheese is melted.

Garnish with a dab of sour cream.

*For a cheesier version, prepare a pack of macaroni and cheese and use instead of the 3 cups cooked macaroni.
