Louisiana Gold® Spicy Barbecue Sauce
Vegetable Oil
2 large onions, diced
48 oz. ketchup
8 oz. Worcestershire sauce
24 oz. water |
1 oz. white vinegar
1 (12-ounce) bottle Louisiana Gold Pepper Sauce
3 oz. beef stock

Sauté onions in oil until tender and translucent. Place onions in a large pot and mix in the remaining
ingredients. Simmer for 30 minutes. Allow to cool slightly. Use as base, coating or condiment. |
