Crispy Oven-Baked Fish with Louisiana Gold® Green Sauce
1 3/4 lbs. fish filets
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup chopped thyme
1/4 cup chopped basil |
1/4 cup chopped tarragon
1/4 cup chopped dill
Salt and cracked pepper to taste
1 tbs. Louisiana Gold Green Sauce |
Preheat oven to 350°. Rub the fish filets with olive oil and season with salt, pepper and Louisiana Gold Green
Sauce. Place the fish in the herb mixture and cover completely. Grease the pan with olive oil and preheat in oven
for 15 minutes. Remove and place the fish lengthwise on the hot pan. Bake on center rack of the oven for approximately
20 minutes or until fish is flaky. Remove and serve on pan for unique presentation. |
