Louisiana Hot Sauce


Sammy Kershaw's Cajun Crab Soup

1 large onion (finely chopped)
1/2 cup green onions (finely chopped)
1/2 cup butter
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 1/2 cups milk
2 cups half and half
1 tsp. crab boil
1 lb. lump crabmeat
1 tbs. Louisiana Hot Sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste

Sauté' onion in butter for 15 minutes. Add cream of mushroom soup, milk, half & half, crab boil, onion tops, Louisiana Hot Sauce, and crabmeat. Bring mixture to a boil then turn off heat. Soup will thicken as it cools. Top with chopped green onions.
