Cajun King's® Shrimp & Corn Chowder
1 package Cajun King Etouffee Seasoning Mix
1/4 cup water
1 pint of milk or cream |
1 cup whole kernel corn
1 can cream of potato soup
1/4 cup chopped green onion tops
1 lb. peeled shrimp |
Rehydrate Cajun King® Etouffee Seasoning Mix in 1/4 cup water. Add milk or cream, shrimp and corn. Let simmer
until shrimp turn pink. Stir in soup and heat to serving temperature. Garnish with green onion tops. Makes 4 servings. |
