Chef Shawnee's Scrumptious Sweet Potato Soufflé

1-29 oz. can Bruce's Sweet Potato Pie Filling®
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup cream
3 eggs separated
Walnuts
Strawberries

Preheat oven to 425°F. Combine salt, cream and nuts with pie filling. Add egg yolks. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture. Bake in a soufflé mold or casserole. Cover. Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350°F, bake for 40 minutes. Remove from oven. Garnish with strawberries.
