Entry Requirements
1) No purchase is necessary.
2) Contest is void where prohibited by law. Subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.
3) Enter as often as you like but only one entry may qualify as a winner. One winner per household.
4) Each recipe must be submitted online as separate entries.
5) Entries must be submitted no later than December 31, 2003.
6) Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Bruce Foods Corporation will not be responsible for non-deliverable entries.
7) You must be a U.S. resident 18 years or older. Employees of Bruce Foods Corporation, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotions agencies, and their immediate families may not enter.
8) All entries become property of Bruce Foods Corporation. Entry constitutes permission to edit, modify, publish and otherwise use the recipe in any way without compensation.
9) Entry constitutes permission to use your name and likeness or voice in any manner by Bruce Foods Corporation and its advertising, promotion or public relations agencies without further compensation.
Recipe Requirements
1) Recipes must be entered in one of five categories:
a) Appetizer/Snack
b) Main Dish/Entrée
c) Light Eating
d) Grilling
e) Quick & Easy
2) Recipes must be original. An original recipe is the product of one’s own mind and is not a copy or imitation. If the recipe is derived from a previously published one, it must have at least four significant ingredients that are different and the method of preparation changed to qualify.
3) Recipe must not have been submitted to another contest, promotional event, or for publication at any time.
4) Recipe must include “at least one Casa Fiesta product and serve minimum of four persons.
5) Recipe must be submitted online and list ingredients in order of use and in exact, standard U.S. measurements.
6) Recipe must include: category name, name of recipe, number of servings, your name, address, email address, and daytime telephone number.
7) Entries via US mail, or any other mail carrier will not be accepted. Enter recipes online only.
Eligibility
1) Recipe will be judged on taste, originality, ease of preparation and appearance.
2) Winning recipes will be selected by an independent judging committee of food professionals. Judges’ decisions are final.
3) Judges will disqualify recipes, which to their known knowledge are previously published recipes or previous national recipe winners.
4) Judges will select Grand Prize. Winning recipes may be from any category.
5) Grand Prize winner will be selected on or about the week of January 26, 2004 and notified by telephone or email within 10 business days. If we are unable to contact you within 48 hours, the prize will go to the next eligible winner.
6) For a list of winners, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope after February 23, 2004, but before March 31, 2004 to “Winners – 2003 DADY DAY CARE Recipe Contest,” P.O. Drawer 1030, New Iberia, LA 70562
Prizes
1) Grand Prize is $5000 cash.
1) First 100 contestants receive one free "Daddy Day Care" DVD
3) Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution of prizes is allowed.
4) Applicable federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner will be required to provide a social security number before the prize can be awarded.
